Privacy Policy
Last updated July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FetchDue, Inc. (“FetchDue,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use FetchDue (the “Service”). We built FetchDue to work from your own accounts on your behalf, so we access only what we need to do that job.
What we collect
- Account information — your name, business name, email, and sign-in details.
- Invoice and client data — from the accounting and payment tools you connect (such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Stripe): invoice amounts, due dates, statuses, and the contacts associated with them.
- Mailbox data — when you connect a mailbox (such as Microsoft 365), the messages and replies related to the invoices FetchDue is following up on, so it can read replies and continue the thread.
- Usage data — basic information about how you use the Service, used to keep it running and improve it.
How we use it
- To draft, send, and follow up on invoice reminders from your connected mailbox.
- To read replies, classify them, and propose next steps such as payment plans.
- To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the contents of your mailbox or client data to train models for anyone else.
Connected accounts
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize FetchDue to access it through that provider’s official interface, using the narrowest permissions the feature needs. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your settings, which stops future access.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate FetchDue (such as hosting and payment processing) under agreements that protect it, or when required by law. Your invoice reminders are sent to the recipients you and the Service select for follow-up.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit access to what each feature requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us at hello@fetchdue.ai.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to run the site and understand usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
