How it works
FetchDue is the AI collections agent for agencies. It works today’s overdue list from your own books and your own mailbox, in your voice — and you approve every send. Here is what that looks like, step by step.
1. Connect your books
Link QuickBooks, Xero, or Stripe, and connect the mailbox you already send from (like Microsoft 365). There’s nothing to migrate and no new place to bill from — FetchDue reads your invoices where they already live and sends from the address your clients already know.
2. FetchDue builds the queue
Every overdue invoice becomes a ranked action: who’s most overdue, who’s made a promise, who’s gone quiet. Instead of digging through spreadsheets and inboxes, you see the whole book at a glance and the exact next step for each client.
3. It chases in your voice
FetchDue drafts each follow-up the way you would — warm, specific, and escalating by exactly one degree as an invoice ages. Every chase carries the real invoice details and goes out from your own mailbox, so to your client it reads like you wrote it.
4. It reads the reply and drafts the answer
When a client replies, FetchDue reads the message and works out what it means:
- A request to split the invoice becomes a real installment plan — amounts and dates — for you to approve.
- A promise to pay is tracked, and followed up on if it slips.
- A question gets a drafted answer, ready for your review.
- Anything sensitive is handed straight back to you.
5. You approve every send
Nothing sends from a FetchDue address or gets signed by a third party. You stay the person in the relationship — you just stop doing the manual chasing. Set the level of approval you want, from reviewing every message to letting routine nudges go on your schedule.
6. Get paid — and keep the client
From the first nudge to the final payment, FetchDue runs the loop for you: chase, read, draft, collect. The agent does the work; the relationship stays yours.
